We had such a great experience at this orthodontic office! The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. Our braces experience was a five-year journey so I have a lot of experience with Dr. Bita and her staff and I can honestly say I've never seen a better run office. Dr. Bita could have a second business teaching other medical professionals how to operate their practice. She's also great at hiring as everyone in her office is friendly and helpful. We interacted a lot with Denise who always seemed to know the answers to my questions. BTW, for anyone who reads "5 years? How much did that cost" you'll be happy to know that Dr. Bita charges a flat fee for the orthodontia process so we knew what our costs would be up front and we finished paying for it long before the braces actually came off. Thank you Dr. Bita!
