Amazing, going for a year

First impressions go a long way! When you walk into this office it is beautiful and bright and light and happy. The gal at the front desk was very welcoming and attentive. We waited maybe five minutes in the waiting room. This office respect your time! Evelyn was extremely detail oriented and asked appropriate questions regarding why I was there with my 17-year-old son. Their equipment is top-notch as well. Dr Bita is as lovely as she is professional and knowledgeable and went into detail about treatment plan all while addressing me (mom) as well as my son and included him in the conversation . Another wonderful thing about this office as they do all x-ray scans at the same location so you’re not going to another office. I highly highly highly recommend this office!

Having a prepaid retainer program is very helpful for replacement of retainers when a crown is needed. They are able to scan well your mouth for a perfect fit.

I used to go to Go orthodontics and that was good, but over here it’s amazing. What got me happy is that over here you don’t have to put that disgusting molding paste in your mouth all they do is scan your teeth with a camera. If you live around Tampa or Granada hills in general I 100 percent recommend this place.

Before coming here, I spent a lot of time shopping around and did extensive Google research to make an informed decision. I had initially considered carriere appliance recommended by other orthodontists, but after consulting with Dr. Bita, she advised against it, providing convincing reasons. She took the time to go through all the details of Invisalign, including its pros, cons, and risks, ensuring I was fully informed, something many other orthodontists had failed to do. She even assured me that I could switch to braces within a specific timeframe at no extra cost if I couldn't adjust.

After the consultation, I immediately booked my first appointment because I felt comfortable and liked the vibe of the office—it's beautifully clean, almost like an Airbnb. The staff are friendly and genuinely care about their patients. When two of my attachments fell off, they promptly squeezed me in for an appointment the next day to fix them.

The total price they quoted me was comparable to another orthodontist I was considering, which was on the higher end at around $6500. Fortunately, they were offering a limited-time $1000 Opening Discount. They also have a flexible 0% in-house payment plan and a discount for paying in full. On top of that, they offer a rewards program where you can earn points for gift card redemptions. On top of all this, Invisalign has its own referral program. Your friends can refer you, and both receive a $100 gift card. No friends? No problem! You can mention invisalign to my Gmail at "o951753o" BEFORE your first tray, and I can refer you.

Overall, I'm thrilled to have found Dr. Bita's practice. Despite my selfish desire to keep this gem to myself, I just have to write a review to let everyone know about this amazing place.

The staff here are amazing beyond words! They have really impressed me through their action and endless acts of kindness. They helped me through a very stressful situation in addition to providing excellent orthodontic care to my kids. By a rare chance, I got into a major car accident in front of their building when I was on my way to take my kids here. While I was waiting in hot weather for my insurance to process the accident, Dr. Bita’s staff allowed me to drop off my kids at her office while I was sorting out my car accident. After I dropped off my kids with them, Dr. Bita put an expander on one kid and examined another kid and these all happened when I was calling my insurance, talking to the other party involved in the accident, dropping off my car at a repair shop to be repaired and picking up another vehicle to return back to their office to get my kids. Their staff Denise actually looked after my kids after everything was complete and the rest of the staff went to lunch. Upon returning to their office, I was still greeted by all staff with a lot of patience, calmness and understanding. I really appreciate them for always going above and beyond in looking out for their patients.

Best orthodontist ever! Dr. Bita explained everything thoroughly about my kid's treatment options and the importance of getting treatment now instead of waiting. Especially with my 9 year old and her underbite. I loved that she also included the kids input in the consultation, which made them feel comfortable with her. Both of my kids (9 and 12 ) decided on Invisalign, and they love it! Invisalign makes it easier with fewer visits and not having to worry about poking wires or broken wires like I did when I had braces. So happy that we found Dr. Bita and her team!

Dr. Bita and her team are an All-Star team! Once we made an appointment our entire family went in for a consult. The office was super clean and the office appeared to have latest modern tech and gear. The staff was extra careful explaining each step of the process to make us feel at home. We were very please with how we were treated. Once we sat with Dr. Bita and received our evaluation, we were totally on board with her plans for us.
